ESOR Courses for EDiR

ESOR is continuing to organise foundation courses to prepare/assist those entering examinations for the European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR). These courses may also be attended by board-certified radiologists, wishing to update their knowledge in a specific area. The format will include eleven courses, each one dealing with a specific organ/system-oriented theme.

The teaching format will include lectures, followed immediately by case-based reviews on six topics. The teaching/learning objectives for each of the topics will strictly adhere to Level II of the European Training Curriculum. An exam simulation with multiple-choice questions for each lecture will round-off the exercise.

Registration will be possible for each single, one-day course, or for several courses of the series.

The ESOR Courses for EDiR are intended to help prospective candidates prepare for the European Diploma in Radiology examination. Attendance does not guarantee acceptance to take the examination or success in the examination.

Registration

There are different registration fees for ESR members and non-members. Please go to the relevant course for the exact registration fees. It is possible to attend more than one course. Registrations will be considered on a first come, first serve basis.

CME accreditation

The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.eu. The maximum number of CME credits designated for each event is announced on the ESOR website as soon as the application process of the specific event has been finalised. Certificates can only be handed out to participants who attended the entire course and after filling in the respective evaluation form.
