Course information

This course is intended for senior residents, board-certified radiologists, and fellows interested in Head & Neck MR Imaging. The course will be a half-day intensive program that will include cutting-edge lectures and case presentations. It is strictly adhered to Level II of the European Training Curriculum. The topics covered reflect the variety and diversity of the anatomical structures and related functions that comprise the Head and Neck.

Learning Objectives

  • To recognize the anatomy and key imaging features of the different head and neck compartments
  • To learn the essential anatomy and key imaging features of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal lesions
  • To understand the nomenclature, key imaging features, and the standardized assessment of head and neck lymph nodes in cancer (Node-RADS)
