What to expect
Thoracic imaging is developing quickly, with new diagnostic technologies and changing clinical guidelines, especially in lung cancer staging and the management of incidental lung nodules.
However, interpreting complex findings remains challenging, particularly in interstitial lung diseases (ILD) and lung involvement in systemic diseases. This course aims to address these challenges by reviewing current imaging standards, evidence-based management strategies, and practical diagnostic tips.
Through expert lectures and workshops, participants will learn how to avoid common pitfalls in diagnosing pulmonary infections and embolism. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy and support better patient care in everyday clinical practice.
The faculty consists of three well-known European experts who represent the current leadership of their respective subspecialty societies and will ensure high-quality teaching. The successful ESOR course structure—combining lectures with directly related interactive case discussions—will also be followed in this course.
Accreditation
Application has been made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) for CME accreditation of this event.
