What to expect
This ESOR Visiting Professorship course in neuroradiology combines core teaching aimed at improving daily clinical decision-making, focusing on spine imaging and the assessment of focal brain lesions, with advanced lectures on rapidly evolving topics. These include updated CNS tumour classifications, interpretation of postoperative changes, and neurodegenerative diseases, with particular emphasis on Alzheimer’s disease and the imaging implications of emerging disease-modifying therapies.
Accreditation
Applications will be made to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) for CME accreditation of this event.
We work with impartiality and transparency. Find the steering committee disclosure forms here →
learning objectives
To improve clinical reporting and decision-making in spine imaging and in patients with focal brain lesions
To apply recent updates in CNS tumour classification and post-treatment imaging to routine neuroradiological practice
To understand the current and evolving role of neuroimaging in dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s disease, in the context of new disease-modifying treatments
